Melon seed bread
The melon seed bread consists of 90% fine spelled flour and 10% fine rye flour. It also contains melon seeds. These contain important nutrients like vitamins A, B and C, magnesium, iron, calcium and other unsaturated acids. As a little tip: it’s best to chew them well before swallowing – this is the only way the melon seeds can really develop their effect.
