In our wholemeal bakery you will find a wide range of healthy baked goods, which we produce from a variety of different cereals, mainly spelt. The grain is freshly ground on a daily basis and we pride ourselves in our additive/preservative free production methods.

Our spelt bakery is run based on the established tradition of our craft, cleverly combined with modern components.

From purely manual production to semi-automated production we believe we have mastered the winning combination. We take pride in our craftsmanship, but we have automated processes in some areas to make it easier for our employees to do their physical jobs efficiently.

Whole grains

Tasty & Healthy

Wholegrain products protect against belly fat and because whole grains prevent harmful fatty deposits from forming around the internal organs, they also protect against diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The seedling is a very healthy component of the grain as it contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and unsaturated fatty acids. The grains surface layers are just as important as they contain fibre which is digested slowly and as a result the blood lipids rise slowly and the colon is strengthened. In addition, fibre keeps you fuller for longer. Many of our products are made from whole grains. You can find a large selection of healthy freshly baked goods which we produce daily here.

Rolls and lye pastries

We produce a variety of different types of bread rolls such as Lye breads and bars, pretzels or knots, white bread rolls with sesame or poppy seeds, ciabatta or Elsässer, spelt wholemeal bread rolls with various seeds and special muesli, walnut or olive rolls.

Coffee and Cake to eat in

Visit us at our bakery in Las Chafiras to enjoy our baked goods with a delicious coffee.

In our shop we offer a constantly changing range of different classic German cakes and tarts as well as a rich assortment of various fine and long-lasting pastries.

We will fill you with fresh rolls or you can try one of our sweet pastries or a piece of cake.
