Whole grain sesame bread
Small seeds – big effect: The wholegrain sesame bread consists of 85% wholegrain spelt flour and 15% wholegrain rye flour as well as sunflower seeds, linseeds and sesame. Sesame seeds are particularly ideal for vegetarians because they are an important source of iron and calcium. Furthermore, these small seeds offer various B vitamins, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus.
