Whole grain bread without yeast
We produce the wholemeal bread without yeast three times a week, always on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, if ordered in advance. It corresponds to Article 1001 – Whole Grain Seed Bread, only that it is made without yeast.
Wholegrain spelt flour, sourdough, wholegrain rye flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, spices and salt
Gluten and Sesame.
May contain traces of: gluten, eggs, soy, sesame, milk and milk products and nuts
