Our new bread “SIN” is ideal for people with gluten intolerance, as it is made without wheat flour, without carbohydrates (less than 2%), without yeast and without gluten. It stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Sunflower flour, flaxseed flour, eggs, pumpkin seed flour and lupine flour. Quark, yeast.
